1.       Refund eligibility: Refunds will only be provided for paid membership plans or subscription fees that have not been utilized or have been partially utilized by the user.

2.       Refund requests: To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team by email or phone and provide their full name, email address, and reason for the refund request.

3.       However, if the customer has sent interest in any potential matches, they will not be eligible for a refund

4.       Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. Any refund request made after this period will not be considered.

5.       Refund processing: Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of the refund request. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6.       Refund amount: The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining value of the paid membership plan or subscription fee that has not been utilized or has been partially utilized by the user. Any applicable transaction fees or charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that this refund policy only applies to paid membership plans or subscription fees. Our site cannot offer refunds for additional services, such as profile verification or additional profile views.
